Changes are possible as long as the order has not yet been processed.

The delivery time is usually 5-6 working days within Germany.

For international orders, delivery time may vary.

Why is the delivery time 5-6 and not less?

We attach great importance to sustainability and want to avoid storing unnecessary inventory that may remain unsold and, in the worst case, have to be disposed of. For this reason, we rely on environmentally friendly production to order.

This doesn't mean that we still have to sew your T-shirt or darn your jacket. Rather, the item will be made specifically for you in the size and design you choose. In this way, we not only reduce resource consumption, but also ensure that you receive a unique product that exactly meets your needs.

The shipping costs are a flat rate 4.80 € - regardless of your location.
From an order value of 99 € we will cover the shipping costs for you!

Yes, we offer a 14 day return policy. Make sure the items are unworn and in their original condition.

• Visit our Returns page on the homepage: Return form
• Fill that in there Online return form.
• After sending, you will receive all further information from us by email, including the address for the return.
• Send the items back to us well packaged.
• After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund you the purchase amount or exchange the items.

We currently do not cover the shipping costs for returns. If you want to return something, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs yourself. We recommend keeping proof of shipping until we have received your return.

However, if you have received a damaged or faulty product, please let us know immediately. In such cases, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

Our products have a regular fit. For exact measurements, please see our size chart on the product page.

So that you can enjoy your FakeRabbit product for a long time, we recommend:

• Machine wash at 30 degrees
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron inside out to protect design
